Cherry Shrimp Slowly Dying

Cherry shrimp are slowly dying off. I bought a bakers dozen of red cherry shrimp from my LFS 3 weeks ago.

Cherry shrimp slowly dying. They are breeding but the fry are not making it to adulthood and even the adults die once a while. But slowly they die one by one by one. I notice about 1 dead in the tank every day.
